Want to try yoga or Pilates but not sure which way to go? Or perhaps you’ve been injured and told by your physical therapist or doctor to try Pilates or Yoga and you are feeling overwhelmed. Our private instruction is a safe way to continue your rehabilitation or help you gain the core strength and overall fitness level to join a larger group. Both Pilates and yoga offer tremendous rehabilitative exercises, through the use of props, machines and mat work, and our trainers are skilled in finding what will work best for you. Yoga Therapy– Join our Certified Yoga Therapist (Marcie Evans, IAYT CYT) for Restorative Yoga Therapy, Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy, or a perfect combination to specifically address your health needs.

Yoga– Choose from multiple styles of yoga, including restorative, meditative, strength or flexibility based. Our staff is fluent in all styles of yoga.
