Get Your Groove Back in this restorative yoga class. Led by Marcie Evans, Certified Yoga Therapist and Trauma Yoga Therapist, Level 1. Have you been feeling tired, run down, exhausted, sore, or stressed? This class will help you restore your energy by passive relaxation in postures specifically set up to help heal the negative effects of exhaustion, trauma and stress. With special props, breathing techniques, wrapping yourself in luxurious warmth and sound therapy (Tibetan singing bowls) we will slowly melt away the tension in your body to help restore you to your true nature.
